Gary P. Lightman firm founder, began his litigation career in 1978 as a commercial litigator. He has since expanded his practice areas to include complex civil and commercial litigation, professional practice disputes, labor law, professional malpractice, bankruptcy, and annuities fraud. He is admitted in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the State of Florida; District of Columbia; the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; United States Tax Court; and the United States Supreme Court. He was formerly a partner with the firms of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, and Astor, Weiss and Newman, both based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gary P Lightman

Glenn A. Manochi has been practicing law since 1982 and his practiced with the firm since 1992. He has an extensive background in commercial litigation, general corporate law, real estate law, professional malpractice, creditor’s rights law, product liability law and business transactional matters. He brings to the firm a varied legal background.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced commercial law at law firms in New York City and has represented government agencies as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of New York. He has managed the legal interests of a new start up public company as general counsel.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Glenn A Manochi

W. Lyle Stamps, an associate with the firm, practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate and transactions and is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced securities and antitrust law at Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check, L.L.P. in Pennsylvania.  He graduated from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University (J.D. 2004) where he was Lead Editor of the Journal of Public Law, and from Brigham Young University (M.A. in International Relations, 2001; B.S. in Political Science with University Honors, 1999).  While a visiting student at Rutgers School of Law-Camden he also clerked for the firm of Berger & Montague, P.C. in Philadelphia.  He is active in various non-profit organizations and served internships with the White House, United States Senate and the Utah State Legislature.   E-Mail: wlstamps@lightmanlaw.com
