Gary P. Lightman firm founder, began his litigation career in 1978 as a commercial litigator. He has since expanded his practice areas to include complex civil and commercial litigation, professional practice disputes, labor law, professional malpractice, bankruptcy, and annuities fraud. He is admitted in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the State of Florida; District of Columbia; the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; United States Tax Court; and the United States Supreme Court. He was formerly a partner with the firms of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, and Astor, Weiss and Newman, both based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Glenn A. Manochi has been practicing law since 1982 and has practiced with the firm since 1992. He has an extensive background in commercial litigation, general corporate law, real estate law, professional malpractice, creditor’s rights law, product liability law and business transactional matters. He brings to the firm a varied legal background.  Prior to joining the firm, he practiced commercial law at law firms in New York City and has represented government agencies as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of New York. He has managed the legal interests of a new start up public company as general counsel.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
